I figured out that there are
129 calories per serving, if ¼ cup of the mix servings are made. (Please note that the calorie
counts vary depending on the specific brands of ingredients that you choose to
use.)
Apparently, I have
been living in a cave! No comments
– Steve. I have always made
pancakes using a buttermilk box milk that all you have to do is add water and
then pour it into the skillet. I thought these pancakes were wonderful!
WRONG!!!! Edna Mae’s
sour cream pancakes were outstanding. I actually felt like I was in a really
nice restaurant with tablecloths and fancy napkins eating a 5-star meal. These pancakes are so rich and amazing
that I actually sighed while eating them.
Ree’s breakfasts are so amazing that every time I think I have a new favorite
she creates another one to try. Try these for any holiday and your guests will
be quite impressed with your cooking ability!
Why Weight?
I have always been bad at
relaxing. I am finding that there are a couple of things that truly relax me.
The first is sitting in my recliner, drinking a cup of hot tea and reading a
book. If there is a fire burning,
it is even better because that makes the environment peaceful.
The
other thing that truly makes my blood pressure drop is knitting. There is
something about the repetition and the movement that gives me a calmness that I
really can’t explain.
I
am not one for a bubble bath or being in bed or meditating but at least I have
two things that help me calm down from my day at school and relax and not think
about eating or raiding the refrigerator.
