I figured out that there are
295 calories, if 13 chicken thighs
are made. (Please note that the calorie counts vary depending on the
specific brands of ingredients that you choose to use.)
I
love this chicken. The combination
of peach preserves and BBQ sauce is outstanding. I also love that you can use the BBQ sauce of your choice. This is now a standard for this
household, and the calories are low which is great for everyone.
Here are the ingredients that I used in today's recipe.
In the pot went the BBQ sauce
Then, I added the peach preserves.
Next time, I will up the amount I used,
because I love the taste of peaches.
I started chopping the garlic.
I have a ways to go to get it all
chopped at the same size.
I added the garlic and mixed the sauce.
I poured olive oil on the baking sheet,
and spread it around the entire pan.
I began with the thighs in the pan and coated the first side,
and then flipped them over to do the other side.
Yes, the pan is a mess, but the olive oil saved
the destruction. You need to brush on the sauce
several times to get the ultimate chicken thigh.
The final product was so yummy!!
I froze many of them, and will enjoy
them in the coming weeks.
