What the Beck???
These are the ingredients that I used to create this recipe.
I began by melting the butter
As the butter was melting, I cut up the leek
and put the pieces in water to remove all dirt.
Now, the leeks are sauteed in the butter.
I measured the half and half
and added in the Tabasco sauce.
In went the salt
and pepper.
I cut the ham into smaller pieces.
I beat the eggs with the half and half Tabasco mixture.
Yum! I added the ham.
I think I should have used a larger leek
or maybe two, because there wasn't a lot
in the bottom of the pans.
I added in the liquid mixture.

Now, the cheese is added. YEAH!!!
Close-up #2
I baked them in the oven.
Aren't they cute?
Can a quiche even be cute?
Final product: add the sour cream and a few chives and they are ready to be served.

I
figured out that there are 58 calories, if 24 servings are made. (Please note that the calorie counts vary depending on the
specific brands of ingredients that you choose to use.)
These
little quiches would be great for brunches, parties, and showers. I think they were good, but I would
like them to have a little more kick. Next time, I will add a lot more drops of
hot sauce.
