What the Beck???
All we were given was a strawberry box
and a plant drip container. I began by putting burlap on
the three sides of the box and a mini flower pot on the top.
I loved the artificial daisy, so I glued it on top of the pot.
The leader had a large choice of materials that we
could use. I elected to hot glue rocks along the
sides and back of the box.
I used a second flower pot and mulch on the inside.
A top view so far.
This one was created by another participant.
I love that they are all different.
This was my final product. I am going
to put it on one of my outside tables on the patio.
A rear view of mine.
I love that we all went different ways.
This one is so cool to me. She made a fireplace
wall and painted the box.
The same woman who made the chimney was creating
a thatched-looking roof.
Another creation.
I love the rope on this one.
Hot gluing takes a long time.
On Tuesday, I took a class called "Crafting at the Library." This week's craft was called Fairy Gardens. I heard about these gardens from my friend and masseuse, Marissa. She loved to make them with her daughter friends.
I thought it would be fun to learn something new.

This was a fun two hours. I love the creativity aspect of the activity. I could see how this could become addicting and possibly very expensive. I am so glad I joined this one day class.
