Today’s Recipe and Location: Hot Hawaiian Beef Sandwiches

I
figured out that there are 220 calories, if 24 servings are made. (Please note that the calorie counts vary depending on the
specific brands of ingredients that you choose to use.)
I
absolutely adore these sandwiches. I gave an entire pan to the Bardstown Fire
Department as well as served them for lunch when my BFF Kathy and Mike visited
from Mobile.
I began with the rolls.
I placed the bottom half of the rolls in a disposable pan.
Only 20 fit in the pan, so I used a smaller pan
for the extra rolls for me to try.
I mixed the mayo
with the hot sauce to give it a little zip.
The color makes me happy.
Once the mayo and hot sauce were mixed,
I slathered it on the bottom of the rolls.
I placed a thin slice of London Broil roast deli beef on each roll.
All done and ready to add the cheese.
Pepper Jack is wonderful and adds so much to the sammies.
Looks great!
I then put on the tops.
I melted the butter in a small pan with the
lemon butter,
Dijon mustard, and
Worcestershire sauce.
This mixture will glaze the tops of the sandwiches.
They look great all shiny and ready to heat in the oven.
